When my son was born, I knew we needed a way to label his bottles for daycare. I had seen other families using a label maker with plastic tape, but that was super boring to me. I didn't know where to go to find something cute to label his stuff. So I just went along with the boring label maker and pasted all his things with clear plastic tape. I couldn't even find the options for decorative letters on the stupid thing.
Fast forward two years. Somehow, I found Stuck on You. Hudson was done with bottles but he had plenty of cups that still needed labeling. I spent 30 minutes dreaming of all the things I was going to label with the pretty new shapes and colors instead of that crazy label maker. And to top it off, I was pregnant with another kidlet, who would have a TON of stuff that needed her name plastered all over it. (IF ONLY I COULD HAVE KNOWN THAT NAME IN ADVANCE.) I picked the shaped labels for little boys.

They have several colors to choose from. As soon as they got here I immediately started sticking them on anything that could possibly leave our house in Hudson's hands. And no matter how many times I run them through the dishwasher, no matter how dirty they get, no matter what, they stay stuck.
When we finally brought our new baby home, I knew I needed to order her labels right away. She also needed a bag tag for her diaper bag. I liked the shaped labels so I got the girl version for her.
The website says it takes 2-3 weeks to get your labels, and ours took every bit of the three weeks. I think they have to come from Australia (really. I had to call about my first order because I wasn't sure it was placed and they looked .The bag tag is made of heavy duty plastic with Maddie's name printed on the back. Unless one of my kids learns how to play with matches and melts it off or the strap of the diaper bag falls off, it's not going anywhere.
Stuck on You has wall art now. I really would like to have some of the Christmas designs to stick in the toy room. They are pricey, $50 for a Christmas set to $80 for the room art. If it's anything like the labels, they will be able to be used for many years.
They have a ton of other options for labels. There are designer labels with names and a picture, there are shoe dots to put in the heel of your child's shoe, tiny, skinny labels to put on the side of a pencil or art supplies, dots to put in shirts and pants, note pads, gift tags, party invitations, wristbands with your cellphone number on them for when you're in crowds, and one of my favorite items, the allergy labels. If your child has allergies, you can put a sticky dot on their shirt, put a sticker on their lunchbox that won't get peeled off by that bad kid who sits next to your child in the lunchroom, wristbands for when you send your child to the fair with his best friend and a bag tag.
I think that an address label attached to your child's comfort item or a wristband used as a collar with your cellphone number on it on a favorite stuffed animal might mean the difference between a good night and a bad month. That's worth $11.50.

Some of the items are steep, but in my experience they are indestructible. If you loose something it will not be because your label or tag fell off. You'll not have to figure out on Christmas morning who all the presents belong to because your kid took all the tags off, these will stay on. If you have a child with stuff, Stuck on You has something to keep that stuff with you (so don't stick anything on that totally annoying toy child-less aunt Matilda bought little Jimmy ).
